After every snow, the walks get shoveled and salted, front porch to back patio. A car parked outside gets brushed off too. It's all done within the day after the snow stops.
Whichever line you land on, the weather never moves it: a snowy January costs what a quiet March costs. If snow buries the yard, a path gets cleared so the dog can still get out. And in spring there's no catch-up fee; the regular visit handles what the melt uncovers.
Your dog's routine doesn't change when the temperature drops, so the yard visits never pause for cold weather.
Snow doesn't stop the dog, so it doesn't stop the cleanups, December through March. With no snow on the ground, the lawn gets walked and cleaned like any other visit. After a snow, a spot gets cleared in the yard for the dog, and that spot gets cleaned every visit, so nothing gets buried and frozen into the grass.

Who gets it: the first ten memberships with Snow Patrol on them: weekly, twice a week, or every other week with it added. If you're in the ten, the driveway is part of the service every storm, for as long as the membership lasts.
Yard Patrol only. Snow Patrol bought on its own doesn't include a driveway, and neither does Snow Patrol on a Groundkeep plan without Yard Patrol.

The salt is magnesium chloride: safe for dogs' paws, and it keeps melting ice down to −13°F. Cheaper salts stop working around 20°F.
