Yard Patrol + Groundkeep

The yard, the dog, the house. Taken care of.

Keep both plans and the price never goes up, and four free hours of help with anything a year come with it.

The house, on the same idea as the yard.

One company, two names. Yard Patrol keeps the yard on a schedule. Groundkeep visits the house once a season.

Four visits a year
One visit a season. Filters changed and the smoke alarms tested, the upkeep that only hurts when nobody does it.
Small things fixed on the spot
If it's small and it's broken, it gets fixed on that visit. No second trip to book, no second visit to be home for.
Every price published
What each service costs is printed on the page before you book, same as Yard Patrol's. The rate in January is the rate in July.

Four things change. The yard visits don't.

The yard keeps its visit day and its price. What follows is what gets added on top.

Same person at your door
The person who already knows your gate latch and your dog's name is the person doing the house. Nobody new to let in, and one number to text about either one.
Winter follows the yard, not the house
Snow Patrol shovels and salts the walks and steps within the day after a snow, with salt that is safe on paws. It is included on weekly and twice-a-week memberships, and half price every other week. The yard sets that, so adding the house never makes winter cost more. Winter →
Four free hours of help a year, not one
A Groundkeep plan comes with one free hour of help with anything a year, like hanging a shelf. Keep both plans and it's four, done on visits already coming.
House jobs can come on a yard visit
Most Groundkeep services come once a year, each in its own season. Keep both plans and a house job can come on the next yard visit instead of waiting. Anything inside still needs you home.
The math, one dog weekly
Yard Patrol weekly $76
Groundkeep Basic · Loaded $— · $—
Snow Patrol, Dec–Mar $—, included
Both, a typical month $115 · $205

The both-plan benefits last as long as you keep both plans.

One history of the property.

Home Vitals is the record of your house: dated notes and photos from every visit, yours to keep. It comes with every Groundkeep plan at no extra cost. Keep both plans and the yard's visits go into the same record, one file on the property, not two.

Keep a Groundkeep plan and a Yard Patrol membership and both come from one local person who already knows the house and the yard. No juggling contractors, and no stranger at the gate. Both plans, all the benefits of both.

Keep both plans and the yard's visits go into the Home Vitals record too, so a loose fence board or a sagging gate gets noted. Snow Patrol is included on weekly and twice-a-week memberships and half price every other week, and the yard still gets cleaned all winter, so the walk and the yard both stay safe to use.

Keep both plans and the one free hour of help a year becomes four free hours of help with anything. A shelf to hang or a sticky door counts. No app to learn: when a hand would help, send a text.

Keep both plans, and from the gate to the gutters, the place is looked after.

Ready when you are

Keep the yard. Add the house.

The yard visits don't move. Groundkeep starts on its own seasonal schedule, with the same person, and the first house visit gets booked the week you say go.

Add the house →

Or text (248) 491-8052 and ask what the house would cost. It is the same phone either way.
