Snow Patrol — your walkways, steps, and porch shoveled and salted within 6 to 8 hours after every snow. Pet-safe salt, weekly, December through March. $35 / mo · billed over twelve months

Winter Watch — walk-through visits while you're away. We walk your house the way you would: heat on, no burst pipe, nothing in the basement, mail cleared, doors secure. Every check adds dated notes and photos you can see from wherever you are.
