What you get back. your yard, your weekend, your peace of mind.

You get the yard back, and the weekend that used to go to it. All twelve months. Here's what that feels like.

Never think about it again

The one yard job you keep meaning to get to just gets done, every week, without you. In July and in January. Off your list for good.

Your weekend is yours

Hand off the yard job you'd rather skip and spend Saturday however you want. When it snows, nobody in your house touches a shovel either.

Always ready for company

Kids, guests, a last-minute cookout. The grass is already clear, so the backyard's ready before you even check. In winter, the steps are safe for company too.

The best for your dog

A clean yard is a healthier, safer one. Disinfected tools every visit, nothing left for them to find. Pet-safe salt in winter, and a path through deep snow. Part of giving them the best.

One plan. Done every week. so you stop thinking about it.

No scheduling, no reminders, no standing in the yard with a bag. We show up, clear it out, and let you know we have been by.

01
Text us your address

Tell us the dog's name and the gate setup — about two minutes, right on this page. You get a set day of the week.

Takes about 2 minutes.
02
First patrol's on us

Your first weekly visit is free. If the yard is behind, we start with a flat-priced one-time cleanup to get the yard back to clean. More on that below.

No strings, neighbor.
03
Same day, every week

We let ourselves in, clear the whole yard, and disinfect between every yard. The waste leaves with us. And when it snows, your walkways, steps, and porch get shoveled and salted.

You won't have to be home.
04
You just use the yard

We update you with an All-Clear text once the yard is clear. One automatic charge at month-end, no per-visit math, no surprises. January costs what July costs.

That's the whole thing.

Nothing travels from one yard to the next.

We never wear the same boots into two yards. Fresh covers go on at your property and come off in the trash when we leave. Tools are disinfected between every stop. Nothing travels from one yard to the next.

Why it matters
Parvo travels yard to yard

Canine parvovirus survives in soil and hitches a ride on boots and tools from one yard to the next. The fewer things that move between properties, the safer every dog is, yours included.

Our practice
Fresh covers per yard, tools disinfected

A fresh pair of disposable foot covers goes on at your property. They come off in the trash when we leave. Tools are disinfected between every stop with RESCUE®, the one-step veterinary disinfectant shelters and clinics rely on against parvovirus. It's on the truck at every stop, used between every yard, yours included.

RESCUE Concentrate, a one-step veterinary disinfectant cleaner. The label lists what it kills: parvo, ringworm, kennel cough, influenza, and more.
Between every visit Proven to kill canine parvovirus. RESCUE® · the same disinfectant shelters and clinics use

Flat rate. No surprises. one bill, twelve months.

Recurring service, billed monthly, the same in January as July. No setup fees.

Deep Clean
For a yard that needs catching up

First time through, or after a long winter. We bring the whole yard back to clean at a flat price. $75 for a standard yard; $150 for a large yard or heavy buildup. Start any recurring plan and the standard $75 cleanup is waived — waiver terms.

The Founding Ten

The first ten customers get their driveway shoveled too.

We clear walkways, not driveways — with one exception. The first ten Snow Patrol signups paired with any recurring plan, Yard Patrol or Groundkeep, get their driveway included, at no extra cost. Ten spots across both brands, first come, first served.

Why only ten? A snowstorm gives us a limited number of hours. We won't promise more shoveling than we can finish on time.

What you're probably wondering.

Do I need to be home?
No. We arrange gate access up front: a code, a key, or an unlocked side gate. We send an All-Clear text once the yard is clear, with a photo, so you know it is done without being there.
My yard is really behind. Is that still free?
The free patrol covers a normal week of pickup. If there is real buildup, more than a week or so, we start with a one-time Deep Clean. That gets the yard back to clean: a flat $75, or $150 for a large yard or heavy buildup. Start any recurring plan and the standard $75 cleanup is waived — the full waiver terms are just below. Service then begins with your first patrol free.
What if I cancel soon after starting?
The standard $75 cleanup is waived when you start any recurring plan. The waiver becomes permanent after your 4th visit. Cancel before then and the $75 is charged to the card on file. Your first patrol is free either way; large or heavily neglected yards are a flat $150, charged in full.
Will you bother my dog?
No. We are in and out, focused on the yard. Your dog does not need to be involved, and we work calmly around one that is. If you would rather have the dog inside while we are there, that is your call.
What if I need to skip a week?
Text us at least 48 hours before your scheduled day and we will skip that visit. No charge, no questions. See you the following week.
What do you do with what you collect?
We bag it, seal it, and haul it off the property. Nothing left on site.
How do I pay?
A card on file, charged automatically, so there is nothing to mail and nothing to chase. Recurring service is billed once a month, at month-end. One-time cleanups are charged at the job.
Is this just Oakland County?
Yes. We cover the southeast corner of the county: Royal Oak, Berkley, Ferndale, Pleasant Ridge, Huntington Woods, Oak Park, Hazel Park, Madison Heights, Clawson, Southfield, Lathrup Village, and Birmingham. For property care across Oakland, Wayne, or Macomb, see our sibling company Groundkeep.
What happens in winter?
Your weekly patrols keep going all winter. And after every snow, we shovel and salt every place you walk: walkways, steps, porch, deck, and patio. We're done within 6 to 8 hours of the snow stopping. The salt is safe for dogs' paws. It's free with twice-weekly or weekly dog service. Every-other-week service gets Snow Patrol half price: $17.50 / mo. On its own it's $35 / mo, no dog required. Your bill stays the same every month, winter or summer. For comparison, a driveway plow contract runs $300 to $700 a season around here. And it usually skips your walkways entirely. Winter, in full.
Do I set up winter separately?
No. With weekly or twice-weekly dog service, Snow Patrol is already part of your plan. Come December, the shoveling just starts. On every-other-week service, add it anytime at half price: $17.50 / mo.
